Python CGOS Client - Changes

• Support for multiple engines
• Backwards-incompatible configuration file changes:
  • New mandatory attribute Name for each engine, giving display name
  • New mandatory attribute NumberOfGames for each engine, indicating how many games it plays before switching to next
